Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Siere platform ("Service") operated by Siere Soft Ltd ("Siere," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law
  • Use API keys or credentials belonging to other users
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the audit, analytics, or content management features
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written authorization

3. Service Description

Siere provides an Agent Experience Optimization (AEO) platform that helps websites become visible and readable to AI agents. The Service includes a dashboard for managing site configurations, running audits, viewing analytics, and managing content definitions served to AI agents.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the payment and notify you. Continued failure may result in service suspension.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Siere Soft Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including Zeus content definitions and site configurations. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and serve that content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings or by contacting us at support@siere.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
